Cut-off date for hotel reservations is Monday, January 6th.

The special room rate will not be available after that date.

 

All rooms are fully refundable/cancelable until February 5 at 6pm.

You will NOT be charged at time of booking; it is only a reservation,

and payment will be due at time of stay.

 

To guarantee availability, it is highly recommended to reserve your room as soon as possible. 

Another event is being held at this hotel on the same weekend, and there is a risk of all rooms selling out. 

Only a limited number of suites and sleeper sofa rooms have been blocked off for our group.

ADJOINING ROOMS

Adjoining/connecting rooms are only available for bookings that are “2 Queen
Beds” rooms. Drury indicated that the rooms with a sleeper sofa do not
connect. To request adjoining rooms, go ahead and book your rooms and
then contact Lynette with the request. While the hotel cannot guarantee the
availability of adjoining rooms, we will be sending them a list of people
requesting rooms that connect or are located next to each other.  When they

assign rooms, they will do their best to honor requests.

 

 

ADDITIONAL NIGHTS

If you are planning on staying an additional night, please book your hotel room
for Friday and Saturday only; then contact Lynette to add the additional night,
or you may add it while at the hotel. (The hotel does not have a way to add a
night without the event coordinator doing it manually; if you add an additional
